Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. We offer a flat postage rate of £4.95 to Mainland UK address for parcels, with a standard delivery time of 3-5 business working days. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us at shop@clarelangdoninteriors.co.uk for any return or faulty items for either a refund or exchange, within 7 working days. You will then have a further 14 days to return your item to us, in its original condition and where possible in its original packaging. Any returns, unless the item is faulty, are done at your own cost.
